What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from people who:
• Have experience in mortgages, banking, financial services or property sales
• Enjoy helping customers and building relationships
• Are ambitious, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Want to build a long-term career in financial advice
• CeMap qualified (minimum CeMap 1)

What We Offer

Basic salary: £28,000, rising to £32,500 once signed off as competent
• Uncapped monthly bonuses – the more you help clients, the more you earn
• 5 weeks’ annual leave, plus your birthday off
